Putting the eyecicle on your eyes is exactly how it sounds, over on your eyes. It is so refreshing both morning and night. Mila recommended storing the product cold and I did just that to make the product work better. One night I forgot to store it cold and it still felt cool on my under eyes the next morning. I have been using this serum for over a year, and I can tell the difference in my skin. it gives my skin a natural glow and healthy look from within. my skin always appears well hydrated (plus I drink plenty of water daily). but when I wash my face in the evening, I can still feel that protective layer of hydration I think it's because of the thick texture of the serum which I enjoy in addition to its natural smell. I bought last Christmas a small fridge to keep in my bathroom and now I keep all my skincare preserved in it. and I love the cool touch of the serum on my face in the morning. Why don't other brands use cold preservation instead of chemicals?

Conventional brands want:

Retail chains to stock them,
Distribution by a massive network like Amazon,
Production outsourced to a large manufacturer.

Do I have to chill my Wild Ice products?

No. If you use your skincare right out of the box, you do not need to chill it. With typical use it takes about two to three months to go through a full size Wild Ice product, which isn't enough time for meaningful decay.

If you plan to wait a month or more before you start using your products then go ahead and put them in your kitchen refrigerator.

Refrigerating your Wild Ice skincare will never harm it, but freezing it could damage the bottle.

If you accidentally freeze your skincare, check the bottle for damage and remember to shake vigorously after thawing as some ingredient separation will have occurred (this is nothing to worry about).

Can I cancel or adjust my subscription box?

Yes. From your own customer portal, you can easily cancel or pause your subscription box, adjust the frequency, or even reschedule the next order date, but that's only the beginning.

Once you're ready to explore more Wild Ice products, you can build your own custom subscription box using our box builder.

Although not possible with the Essentials Routine subscription (as it is treated as a single product at checkout) with our box builder you can add or remove products on-the-fly (between shipments) and watch as your discount tier dynamically updates depending on your total box value.
