Most Skincare Lives Warm.
Ours Lives Cold
Warm warehouses and room-temperature shelves are the industry's default. We chose cold instead, 4°C from the first ingredient to the finished bottle.

Two ways to run a skincare company
Every row links to the reason behind it
Row four is the one that goes the other way. A chemical preservative system is something conventional skincare has and we do not.

Actives Are Called Actives Because They React
If you have ever bought a product that felt lifeless, you already know: active ingredients start out powerful, then decay, react, and degrade. Hence the term "actives."
The bottle you gave up on may never have been a bad formula. It may only have been a good one that spent months getting warm before it reached you.
We hold ours at about 4°C from the first ingredient to the finished bottle, so an active spends almost no time sitting warm before it reaches you. Inertia has locked the broader skincare industry into a system of mass production, distribution, and retail, none of which is equipped for cold.
Purely Preservative-Free
A formula comes apart three ways: redox reactions, enzymatic activity, and bacterial digestion. Those are the three navy rings in the diagram, and the small orange ring is what a chemical preservative system covers. It goes around one of them.
That one is bacteria. The other two are driven by heat and time, and at room temperature they keep going.
We do not run a preservative system. We run a cold one instead, and the ingredient list is what is left when nothing has to be added to hold the formula together.
Skincare is one of the few things that goes on twice a day, every day, which makes it a good place to keep that list short.
Nourish With Nature's Nutrients
Every ingredient we work with is plant-derived, and plants behave in a bottle roughly the way they behave in a kitchen refrigerator: better cold than warm, and better soon than later.
So the routine is made in small weekly batches and sold direct, so the time between our studio and your bathroom is short, and that time is spent at about 4°C rather than in a warehouse.
It is the difference between the potato chips aisle and the chilled produce section. One is built to be shelf-stable. The other is built to be fresh.
I wanted to take a moment to say Thank you! Thank you for making beautiful products and thank you for not compromising your products just to get yourself in a store. Your products have transformed my skin! My skin has never looked better. To get me away from my products that I have been using for 15 years is BIG!

The Wild Ice Essentials Routine
Cryo-C · B-Meltee · D.B.T. Baba Yaga · Gaea’s Gala
Four steps, four full sizes.
Four cold-preserved steps in one box. B-Meltee lifts the day off without stripping, the Gaea’s Gala toner preps your skin to absorb, Cryo-C brightens and softens the look of dark spots, and D.B.T. Baba Yaga firms and seals it all in. Four full-size bottles that finish at roughly the same pace, so the routine stays complete between orders.
Every step is made in small weekly batches and held at about 4°C from formulation until it ships, so fragile ingredients like vitamin C, peptides, and the ferment spend almost no time sitting warm before they reach you.
Four steps built to work in sequence, each one feeding the next. About three minutes, morning and evening.

Morning and evening
Cleanse, tone, correct, and seal. Each step feeds the next, so the order matters more than the effort.
Dampen skin and massage 2 to 3 pumps in small circles for 60 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Cool, not tight. This is the step that lifts the day off without stripping.
Mist 3 to 5 sprays over face and neck from 6 to 8 inches away. Let it air-dry for 30 seconds.
The step that makes the rest work harder: it restores the pH your cleanser disrupts and preps your skin to absorb what follows.
Shake gently, dispense 2 to 3 pumps, then press and smooth over face and neck. Allow 60 seconds to absorb.
For better absorption, apply to slightly damp skin or mist with Gaea’s Gala first.
Smooth 2 to 3 pumps over face, neck, and décolletage with light upward strokes, patting gently around the eyes and lips.
The step that seals everything beneath it.
The vitamin C step. A carotenoid-rich serum built on lipid-soluble vitamin C (ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate), Siberian sea buckthorn, one of the most carotenoid-dense botanicals on earth, and rosehip. Formulated in small weekly batches and kept at 4°C from raw ingredient to finished bottle, so all three reach your skin at full potency. Non-acidic, so it absorbs without the sting classic vitamin C is known for.
It brightens and softens the look of dark spots. Plant-derived squalane mirrors your skin’s own sebum, lightweight and non-comedogenic, and leaves the smooth, light-reflecting surface that makes radiance visible. The color runs from deep crimson to warm orange-red, bottle to bottle, because it comes from sea buckthorn’s carotenoids and never from a dye.

The cleanse step. A cooling gel cleanser built around intact niacinamide, the active that refines the look of pores, helps balance oil, and evens the look of tone during the wash itself. Wintergreen and peppermint dissolve makeup and debris in place of harsh surfactants, and a natural AHA complex of sugar cane, lemon, and apple loosens dead cells for smoother-looking texture from the first use.
Niacinamide is also the delicate one: in warm, water-based storage it converts to nicotinic acid, the very irritant it was meant to prevent. Cold keeps it intact. The blue is entirely botanical, never a synthetic dye, and that tight, dry feeling most cleansers leave behind never arrives.
“my face has genuinely never felt so clean after washing”
★★★★★ Mary M.50 ml / 1.7 fl oz · pump · lasts 8 to 10 weeks
The seal step. A peptide and ceramide face cream built around three collagen-signaling peptides (Palmitoyl Dipeptide-5, Palmitoyl Dipeptide-6, and Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline), a five-part bio-identical ceramide complex, and German chamomile with rose damascena. It firms and softens the look of fine lines. Kept at 4°C from raw ingredient to finished bottle, so the peptides keep the exact shape they need to signal with.
The ceramide side is a five-part system: Ceramide NP, AP, and EOP matched to the three most abundant in healthy human skin, plus phytosphingosine and cholesterol. On a base of organic rose damascena distillate, it is a cushiony cream that absorbs fast and never feels heavy.
“the first cream that has felt hydrating without feeling heavy”
★★★★★ Sami J., verified buyer50 ml / 1.7 fl oz · pump · lasts 8 to 10 weeks
The tone step. Gaea’s Gala is a galactomyces mist for damp skin, here at its full 50 ml size, the same bottle sold on its own product page. Six ingredients, every one functional: galactomyces ferment filtrate to refine the look of pores, organic rose damascena distillate to restore the pH your cleanser disrupts, niacinamide to strengthen the moisture barrier, and lactic acid with lactobacillus to smooth.
This is the step that makes the rest work harder. A weightless mist that dries down in under a minute and layers cleanly under everything else. The galactomyces goes in as a cell-free ferment filtrate, a postbiotic: the benefit is in what the ferment leaves behind, not in anything living. Formulated in small weekly batches and kept at 4°C from raw ingredient to finished bottle.
“Leaves my skin feeling fresh and ready for the next step”

Frequently asked questions
No. If you start using it right away, you do not need to chill it. A full-size Wild Ice product lasts about two to three months in typical use, and those months start from a different place than most. A store-bought bottle has usually spent months or years warm before you ever open it, while ours leaves a 4°C studio days before it reaches you, so your two or three months begin at the front of the clock instead of partway through.
If you plan to wait a month or more before starting, put it in your kitchen refrigerator until you begin. Chilling never harms it, though water-based products should not be frozen, and if one does freeze, check the bottle and shake it well after it thaws.
Think of conventional skincare as an iceberg: the vast majority of product breakdown happens where you never see it, across months in warehouses, distribution centers, and on store shelves. A few hours at your door is a drop in that bucket.
The clock started at manufacture, and ours starts cold. Get fresh products and use them daily, because they cannot work from inside the bottle.
Ever since we came on the scene, a few brands have published articles saying cold preservation does not matter. The funny part is that those same articles almost always concede it does matter for vitamin C, and for peptides, and for ceramides, which already cedes most of the point. The rest is links to studies nobody reads.
Here is the plain version: outsourced production, third-party fulfillment, and retail shelving are one-way doors, and cold is not on the other side of any of them.
Many reviewers describe a brighter, fresher-looking complexion within about two weeks. Firmer, more even-looking skin builds gradually from there, because the routine works by keeping each active intact rather than sitting on the surface.
Consistency matters more than quantity: twice daily, every day.
Yes. From your own portal you can pause, skip an order, change the frequency, reschedule the next delivery, or cancel, all in about a tap.
You can preview that portal from the offer above before you commit to anything. And when you want to explore more of the line, you can move to a custom box and watch the discount tier follow its value.
Because we tried. We were invited to pilot the brand at a major retail chain, before we were Wild Ice and under a different name, and we already chilled everything.
Our line was approved, we asked to showcase it in a chilled display at our own expense, and after management checked, the answer was a firm no. We decided not to compromise the products just to scale faster, and that was when we rebranded as Wild Ice, so cold would be permanently inseparable from the name.
Then you should not be paying for it. Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: use the routine, and if your skin is not looking better, tell us within 30 days and we will give your money back.
Skin moves at different speeds on different people, so the honest answer is that you should test this on your own face rather than take our word for it. That is what the 30 days are for.
We sell direct, so there are no warehouses, no distributors, and no retail markup stacked onto the bottle. That money goes into ingredients and cold storage instead of shelf time. A high price is not a feature, a truism we’ve coined as a core part of our company culture. We hope you’ll agree.
Open “Your routine, step by step” in the offer section above. All four steps are there, with timing and the two-step short version for busy mornings.
