If you're having trouble logging in, it's possible that you haven't created an account. This can be true even if you've purchased products from us (account creation is not automatic because it involves password creation). Not to worry: as long as you use the same email address to create your account that you used when you completed your orders, your account will contain your order history and all Droplets will be credited.
