Do you have a recommended skincare routine to follow?

Yes, for new customers or those not familiar with habitual skincare we generally recommend starting with our Essentials Routine, the perfect intro to the essentials of Wild Ice. If you're brand new we'll even pay for genuine before & after pics.

The Advanced Routine is designed for two main purposes:

  1. To provide context for each product's use within a routine, helping you understand how each item contributes to your skin's health.
  2. To illustrate a goal you can build towards as your collection grows, ensuring you know what to do with each product you add.

Starting with just one or two products is perfectly fine, and it's understandable if you're currently using items from other brands. Our goal is for our routines to serve as a flexible framework that supports your skin's needs, allowing for substitutions as needed.

Is Cryo-C okay to use on oily skin?

Yes! Think of Cryo-C like an essential vitamin. Your skin needs it, no matter what condition it’s in. We’ve formulated Cryo-C as a balancing oil-based serum that supports all skin types—including oily skin.

Does Cryo-C contain synthetic dyes or fragrances?

Absolutely not! Like all Wild Ice products, Cryo-C’s beautiful scent and color comes from botanicals and other natural ingredients.

How often should I use B-Meltee?

For best results, wash your face with B-Meltee every morning and evening. We promise you’ll start to crave its minty tingle!

At what point in my skincare routine do I use Gaea’s Gala?

Use Gaea’s Gala after cleansing your face with B-Meltee to balance your skin’s pH and prepare it for Cryo-C Serum.

While 99% of beauty brands outsource to the same few production houses (seriously, your favorite "competitors" probably share a facility), we craft everything in our own studio. It's the only way to maintain complete cold-chain custody from raw ingredient to sale.

We made the painful decision to withdraw from a major retailer opportunity because they wouldn't accommodate our cold preservation requirements. Instead of compromising, we doubled down and rebranded to Wild Ice.

Why the same formulas suit five different types

Skin type describes how your skin behaves, not a label you are stuck with. Oily, combination, dry, normal and sensitive each get a collection of their own. You will see the same names on more than one, and that is deliberate.

A cleanser that does not strip suits oily and dry skin equally well. B-Meltee, Gaea's Gala and Cryo-C are built on short ingredient lists with no synthetic preservatives. What changes by type is emphasis. Combination skin usually starts with the balancing toner, while dry skin leans on the rich cream.

Sensitive skin gains the most from cold preservation. Nothing is added to hold a formula stable for years on a shelf. Normal skin mostly needs protecting, so Cryo-C in the morning is usually enough. If you are not sure which type you are, the Skin Type Quiz in the footer narrows it down.
