Your Subscription Portal (Pinch to Zoom📱)

We make pausing, cancelling or editing your subscription a cool breeze. To get started, simply log in using the email address used to make your purchase, then tap the "Manage Subscription" button. (If you didn't create an account, do so here using that same email address.)

The below screenshot shows your customer portal, from which you can easily Pause, Cancel, or Edit your subscription details:

If you tap the "Edit Subscription & Apply Discount Codes" button you'll see the following screen:

Enjoy complete control over all aspects of your subscription, from pausing or cancelling, adding and removing products, rescheduling your next order, skipping an order, editing your frequency, applying discounts to your next order (yes discounts like Droplets work with active subscriptions), editing delivery address or payment info -- all with just a tap!
