The first question is the one our own line raises. Here is the honest answer.

Why does nearly every product appear on every skin type page?
Because it is true, and it is the point of how we make things. Our ingredient lists are short and there are no synthetic preservatives, no synthetic fragrance and no dyes, which are the ingredients that usually force a brand to split a line by skin type. What is left suits oily, dry, combination, normal and sensitive skin alike. The three picked out at the top of this page are the ones built for oily skin specifically. The rest are simply safe for it.
Is Cryo-C okay to use on oily skin?

Yes! Think of Cryo-C like an essential vitamin. Your skin needs it, no matter what condition it’s in. We’ve formulated Cryo-C as a balancing oil-based serum that supports all skin types—including oily skin.

Other vitamin C serums clog my pores. Will Cryo-C make me break out?

Here’s a little secret: vitamin C itself does not cause acne, but the added fillers in your store-bought C serum might be breaking you out.

At Wild Ice, we formulate our serum with only light, non-comedogenic ingredients that won’t give you acne. But they will make you glow!

Is incorporating a toner in my skincare routine really necessary?

If you want healthy skin, then the answer is yes! Gaea’s gala helps to rebuild your skin’s microbiome so it retains moisture better, heals more easily, and absorbs your skincare products better.

How often should I use Rarify?

Use Rarify three times daily on any blemishes you’d like to see melt away! The serum doesn’t interfere with makeup and can be used on clean as well as makeupped skin.

What's actually in your products? Any hidden nasties?

Nothing hidden. Ever.

Thanks to cold preservation, we never need:

  • Synthetic fragrances
  • Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives
  • BPAs

  • Petroleum derivatives
  • Or any of those other unpronounceable chemicals

Cold inhibits all three types of breakdown: oxidation, enzymatic activity, and bacterial digestion. That means we can use pure, natural ingredients without compromise. Organic when possible, wild-crafted when it's better, always sustainably sourced.

Do I need to refrigerate my Wild Ice products?

Short answer: Nope!

If you're using your products daily (like you should), they'll be gone in 2-3 months – not enough time for any meaningful breakdown. The real magic happened before they reached you: cold-preserved from ingredient to delivery.

The only exception: Planning to save products for later? Pop them in your kitchen fridge until you're ready to use them.

What about beauty fridges? Skip it. Cold can't reverse decay that's already occurred. What matters is receiving fresh products and using them consistently. Beauty fridges are cute, but they're solving the wrong problem.
