The first question is the one our own line raises. Here is the honest answer.

I filtered for blemishes and hardly anything dropped away. Why is that?
Because nothing we make is built to strip, a blemish filter does not thin this list much. Our skincare carries no synthetic preservative system, no added fragrance and no dye. That is what lets one bottle suit congested skin and calm skin alike. For breakouts we would put Rarify, B-Meltee and Yuki-Onna in your hands first. The rest will not undo the work you put in.
Other vitamin C serums clog my pores. Will Cryo-C make me break out?

Here’s a little secret: vitamin C itself does not cause acne, but the added fillers in your store-bought C serum might be breaking you out.

At Wild Ice, we formulate our serum with only light, non-comedogenic ingredients that won’t give you acne. But they will make you glow!

How often should I use B-Meltee?

For best results, wash your face with B-Meltee every morning and evening. We promise you’ll start to crave its minty tingle!

Since Yuki-Onna contains acids, do I need to wear sunscreen after use?

We always recommend a good SPF, especially if you’re using a product that contains refining and smoothing acids (like Yuki-Onna). Look for a sunscreen with a physical factor like Zinc Oxide or (non-aerosol) titanium dioxide.

Is B-Meltee made with artificial dyes?

Absolutely not. Just like all of our other products, B-Meltee is made with only organic and natural extracts. That stunning blue color is a gift from nature!

Do I have to keep Rarify cold?

No! Because our products are made fresh and kept cold until we send them to you, they won’t begin to degrade for several months. With regular use, you’ll run out of Rarify before it degrades.

Just remember to keep Rarify (and all of your other skincare products!) out of direct sunlight.

What we leave out of a blemish routine

Blemish-prone skin gets handled roughly by most products. The usual approach is to strip the oil, dry the surface, then repeat until something gives. That leaves a face that feels tight and raw, which is hard to live with for long. Our formulas work the other way around. Willow bark is where the salicylic acid comes from. Carried in oil, it softens the look of congested pores and leaves your barrier intact.

The other half of this is what never goes in. No Wild Ice skincare formula carries a synthetic preservative system, an added fragrance or a dye. Refrigeration does the job a preservative system usually does, so the list can stay this short. Batches are small and weekly, and each one sits refrigerated from the day it is mixed until it leaves us. What reaches you is something congested skin can put up with every single day.
