The Glow Duo: Vitamin C Serum + Peptide Cream, cold-preserved skincare by Wild Ice Botanicals
Buy the routine

Two of these bottles are sold as a pair

Cryo-C works on the look of tone and brightness, and D.B.T. Baba Yaga follows it with peptides and ceramides. The Glow Duo is those two bottles together, and the pair costs less than buying them on separate days. Nothing about the formulas changes, and you pay less for the two.

Questions people ask us about this line

Why clear glass instead of amber or cobalt?

Because we're not hiding anything – literally.

Dark glass blocks UV rays, sure. But unless you're storing skincare in direct sunlight (please don't), your bathroom's LED lights won't damage anything.

Clear glass lets you:

  • See exactly what you're buying
  • Watch the beautiful botanical colors
  • Display products that actually enhance your space
  • Know when you're running low

Plus, our wood-topped ice-cube glass bottles? They're basically functional art. Too beautiful to hide behind colored glass.

Do I need to refrigerate my Wild Ice products?

Short answer: Nope!

If you're using your products daily (like you should), they'll be gone in 2-3 months – not enough time for any meaningful breakdown. The real magic happened before they reached you: cold-preserved from ingredient to delivery.

The only exception: Planning to save products for later? Pop them in your kitchen fridge until you're ready to use them.

What about beauty fridges? Skip it. Cold can't reverse decay that's already occurred. What matters is receiving fresh products and using them consistently. Beauty fridges are cute, but they're solving the wrong problem.

Is incorporating a toner in my skincare routine really necessary?

If you want healthy skin, then the answer is yes! Gaea’s gala helps to rebuild your skin’s microbiome so it retains moisture better, heals more easily, and absorbs your skincare products better.

Can I use 7 Winters in place of a moisturizer?

Nope! 7 Winters is a firming and lifting serum, not a moisturizer. Grab a container of DBT Baba Yaga to moisturize after using 7 Winters.

What are the peptides in 7 Winters?

Peptides are made from chains of amino acid chains, which are the building blocks of protein in our skin. They stimulate the production of collagen and help give your skin that glowy, youthful look.

What kind of vitamin C does Cryo-C use?

We formulate Cryo-C with a pure, lipid-soluble vitamin C called Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate because it penetrates skin better than ascorbic acid (the type of vitamin C used in most store-bought skincare products). It’s also an extremely powerful antioxidant whose potency is well complemented by cold preservation. A true win-win-win.

Why the everyday steps come in 50 ml

The bottles at this size are the ones you reach for most days. B-Meltee is the cleanser, Gaea's Gala the toner, Cryo-C and 7 Winters the two treatments, and D.B.T. Baba Yaga the cream on top. Berry Boreal Bod looks after arms and legs, and Memoir is the perfume.

The glass is clear on purpose. Colored bottles hide what you are paying for, and sunlight and heat are what harm skincare, not the lamp above your sink. We would rather you could see the color and the texture for yourself.

None of these need a place in your refrigerator. Every batch is kept chilled until the day it goes out, and you will reach the bottom of a bottle long before freshness becomes a question. Keeping them out of direct sun is the only real rule.
